Feature Requests

I’d like to request a feature for brands that operate in other languages: it would be great to have an option to automatically display comments translated by default into my chosen language (e.g., German).

it would be awesome if it could ALSO add first comments on my own social media! THAT should be an easy extention. the finder can scan my own posts that have no comments and add that first comment.

Advanced DM Automation with more features

I would like to request full Japanese language support for the dashboard. Many users in Japan find the current English-only interface difficult to navigate, and providing a Japanese UI would significantly improve usability, reduce onboarding friction, and expand adoption in the Japanese market. If possible, please consider adding: • A Japanese localization option in the settings • Translation of all dashboard menus, buttons, and analytics features • The ability for users to submit content in Japanese without display issues Thank you for considering this improvement. It would greatly help Japanese users and increase the overall accessibility of the platform.

A feature to tag users internally (e.g., "Watchlist" or "Warning"). If a user misbehaves, we want to flag them so the entire team immediately sees their history in future interactions without checking logs.

I normally check who liked my post and then start a conversation with them in the comments. Is there such a function to engage with those who liked but didn't leave a comment?

add comments and posts on the channels of others that i follow on different social media. one comment management tool for all three purposes (answer comments on own posts, make comments on posts of channels i follow, make comments on comments on channels i follow) ... now THAT would be a game changer.

I want to be able to like or heart comments received as part of the response.
